Return and Exchange Policy Due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus, our policy won’t allow us to give a refund, compensate, or exchange merchandise/products that’s been tampered with, has a missing label, or worn for an extended amount of time. Return/Exchange – No Refunds. Due to the purity of our hair, we encourage all She’s Happy Hair customers to gently wash their unprocessed bundles prior to installing. We will take exchanges only on unused or unopened bundles within 7 days of purchase with original receipt issued during purchase. All sales are final on other items.
