Our Houston, Atlanta, Dallas and Arlington store locations are now open for CURBSIDE service only. The safety of our team and customers is very important to us and therefore we have adopted social distancing practices and other measures to facilitate a seamless shopping experience:

1. We will be restricting the number of workers at each location.

2. No one will be allowed inside of the store other than She's Happy Hair employees.

Curbside Pick-up Options:

1. Curbside orders can be placed online by choosing the "pickup" option during check out. Please have your I.D. and order number handy to retrieve your order onsite. Please note that the I.D. must match the name on the order. You also have the option to have an alternative person pick up your order but you must add their name to your order transaction.

2. For onsite orders, all payment transactions will be taken onsite, via mobile phone app. We are not accepting payments over the phone.

FAQS + COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATES

When will my order ship?

Following COVID-19 safety and distancing instructions, and to protect our distribution center employees, shipments will be delayed. The preparation time is extended by 1 to 2 days. Delivery times are also extended from 2 to 3 days. An order placed online will be received within 7 business days on average.

What shipping carrier do you use? Is tracking included?

We ship via (USPS) first class mail unless a Priority upgrade is purchased. This INCLUDES orders that are eligible for Free Shipping. Tracking is included; you will receive a tracking number once you order ships.

Do you offer in-person delivery?

Yes. We are offering in-person delivery only to hair stylist in the Atlanta area. Orders must be made via phone to the Atlanta store location. In-person delivery service fee: $10.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes. Please choose the  “pickup" option during checkout. The service is only available at our Houston, Atlanta, Dallas and Arlington store locations.Please present your order number to retrieve your order.

Are you accepting returns and/or exchanges?

No. To be extra cautious, we will temporarily stop accepting all product returns and exchanges for the next four weeks.

Which store locations are open?

She’s Happy Hair Houston, Atlanta, Dallas and Arlington store locations are open for Curbside service only. Orders will be taken onsite or online by choosing the "pickup" option during checkout.

Which stores are closed?

She’s Happy Hair Detroit is temporarily closed. Be sure to stay connected via social media for store reopening updates.

What are your current store hours?

The temporary store hours for curbside pickup for our Houston, Dallas and Arlington locations are Monday - Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Closed on Sunday.

The Atlanta location is open Monday-Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 a.m. to 6 p.m.
